Shipping Policy

Shipping

Handling takes anywhere from 1-3 days (including weekends) and shipping is 2-8 days. If you have been waiting for longer than 14 days since the day of your order, please check your tracking number that was sent to your inbox for updates. If you believe your package is lost in transit or any other issue, please reach out to info@lanewalkerbooks.ca so we can assist.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping for returning the item. In the event of an replacement, we cover the cost to ship replacement item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
